Mazells values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 15-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, hosiery, (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Procedure for Returns:
E-mail us at mazellslingerie.com to request a Return Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable and exchanges are subject to the 15% restocking fee.
